Nose

Vanilla custard, pipe tobacco, cedarwood, black treacle, toffee apples and peach nectar.

Palate

Cut hay and gentle malt, smouldering peat smoke, vanilla, spiced cinnamon and rhubarb crumble. Black pepper and nutmeg develops.

Finish

More of those exotic spice notes on the tail.
