Benriach 16 Year Old 1998 (cask 5171) Triple Distilled, Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Finish 70cl Whisky

The Benriach distillery release quite a variety of whisky, what with making peated and both unpeated whisky in a range of interesting cask finishes. In fact, this release from their 11th batch of single cask bottlings adds another layer of depth. It is a 1998 vintage which was triple distilled and finished in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask before being bottled at 57.9% ABV in June 2014. 707 bottles were produced.
