Benriach has unveiled its 16th batch of single cask bottlings, including this handsomely well-sherried 11 year old single malt! It was distilled back in May 2007 and left to age in an Oloroso sherry butt until 2019, when it was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 648 bottles. If you're a Benriach boffin, grab one of these quick, as they don't often hang about!

Caramel waffle with layers of buttermilk, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar alongside toffee and butterscotch.
Sherry and crème brûlée with burnt caramel on top, followed by toffee apple and nutty treacle.
