The BenRiach 10 Year Old 2007 (cask 101) is one of seven casks from BenRiach's latest bottling – Batch 14. Matured for 10 years in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, this classic-style Speyside single malt was distilled using peated malt in January 2007. The BenRiach 10 Year Old 2007 (cask 101) is non-chill filtered and of natural colour, with 475 bottles produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A rounded, sweet caramel aroma that's almost buttery. It's tempered well by emerging black pepper spice.

Palate: The black pepper maintains and sharpens warming oak. The sweetness dissipates but isn't missed.

Finish: Medium length, with welcome notes of peat.
