Distilled at Ben Nevis in 2015, this single malt spent nine years maturing in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was bottled at a bold 57.1% ABV for Signatory's 100 Proof Editions.
Tannic layers of sherried oak, berries, marzipan, and cinnamon.
Powerful notes of festive spice, cough syrup, chocolate, and malt loaf.
Bitter cocoa, jammy berries, woody spices, a touch of leather.
