Another brill Ben Nevis indie bottling, this time bottled up by those Thompson Bros.! This one is a seven year old expression, distilled back in 2013 before being bottled up at 50% ABV, with an outturn of 1,013 bottles. The label features artwork by designer and illustrator Karon Mabon. That cat sure looks excited about its ramen...
Roasted hazelnuts and almonds, with sweeter hints of caramel and Seville orange marmalade.
Drying dark chocolate hints, more citrus, a soft smoky hint developing later on.
Werther's Original, banana fritters, coffee.
