A youthful expression from the Ben Nevis Distillery, drawn from a pair of sherry hogshead laid down back in 2015 and cracked open in 2020. This 4 year old single malt was bottled as part of Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range, with 900 bottles produced.

Nose
Malty, but with vibrant helpings sherry cask richness cutting through.
Palate
Peppery at first, before easing into raisin cookies and toffee.
Finish
Drying spices once again lead the way, with cinnamon and pepper at the core.
