A youthful expression from the Ben Nevis Distillery, drawn from a pair of sherry hogshead laid down back in 2015 and cracked open in 2020. This 4 year old single malt was bottled as part of Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range, with 900 bottles produced.
Nose: Malty, but with vibrant helpings sherry cask richness cutting through.
Palate: Peppery at first, before easing into raisin cookies and toffee.
Finish: Drying spices once again lead the way, with cinnamon and pepper at the core.
