Single malt Scotch from Ben Nevis distillery here, joining the collaborative Whisky Sponge series from Decadent Drinks. Distilled in 1996, the whisky matured for 25 years in a refill butt. Half of the contents of the cask were disgorged and brought to 53% ABV, with an outturn of only 348 bottles. Described as a 'hyper-distillate driven' Highland malt whisky, sure to please fans of the style.
