Distilled at Ben Nevis in 2000, this single malt spent the next 22 years maturing in a single bourbon hogshead. The cask was opened by Limited in 2022, releasing a total of 211 bottles.
Poached pear, honey and malt loaf.
Wood spice, anise and a kick of cayenne pepper.
A medium length drying finish, dominated by fruit and wood spice.
