A single cask 1996 vintage Highlander from indie bottler Thompson Bros., this 22 Year Old Ben Nevis spent its days maturing in a single refill sherry butt. The single malt was drawn from the cask and bottled at 44.4% ABV, with only 561 bottles released.

Lemon cheesecake, buttered toast and orchard fruit, with grapefruit, oak spice and hints of smoke.
Tangy tropical fruit, mango sweetness balanced by dried kitchen herbs and hints of olive.
