This characterful single malt from Ben Nevis joins the Cognac Series from indie bottler DS Tayman. Distilled in 2010, the whisky initially matured in a refill bourbon barrel before finishing in a single Tonneau Cognac cask. A release of 207 cask strength bottles, packed with boiled candy sweetness, creamy vanilla, and tropical fruit.

Nose
Juicy fruits and sherbet sweetness, wrapped in creamy vanilla oak.

Ripe mango with candy canes and a visit to an old fashioned confectioner’s.
