Flying in from Ben Nevis, this 2011 vintage single malt spent 13 years maturing in a Recioto della Valpolicella Italian red wine hogshead, bringing rich, dark red fruit character to join bold, malty minerality at its core. The cask was cracked open by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers collection, yielding a total of 299 bottles.
