The follow-up to Decadent Drinks’s 2024 sherried Ben Nevis release takes the opposite route, showcasing pure bourbon cask character. The 2025 edition is aged in a single first-fill bourbon hogshead to give it notes of lemon curd, olive oil, sweet cereals and gentle herbal warmth. The vintage 2012 single malt is waxy, oily and rugged in classic West Highland form, with just 287 bottles filled at 53% ABV.
