Here we have a creamy Highland single malt from the Ben Èideann range! The Distillery Edition has been matured solely in American oak bourbon casks, bottled without an age statement at 40% ABV. What's more, this is actually a kosher single malt, and even has the Kosher certification Badatz Hechsher, which you don't see very often at all!
Nose: Freshly baked banana bread and vanilla shortbread, with a touch of passion fruit jam.
Palate: Tinned pineapple sweetness with porridge sprinkled with brown sugar and a good glug of cream.
Finish: Peppery oak and honeyed spices linger.
