Bell's Original is a smooth, well-rounded whisky with a hint of smoke. It's perfect for enjoying neat or on the rocks.
Bell's whisky is the United Kingdom's most popular blended Scotch whisky, this is the standard release of Bell's Original, with notes of fresh herbs on the nose with cereal sweetness on the palate.
Quite soft and gentle. Malted barley and hints of cut herbs and a fresh floral note. Cereal and grist with a little honey.
Quite smooth, medium body. Barley and cereals with nut oils, hints of wood and spice.
Short with notes of fruitcake and smoke.

Great value and multifunctional. Will buy again, found it to have toffee with a hint of smoke
Used to always drink Bells but now it has a horrible chemical? taste and I'm not the only one as my Friends say the same.
I bought this from Spec's in the U.S. It's relatively uncommon here so I just picked it up on impulse to try something new. It's decently rich and even has a somewhat 'creamy' texture for a blend. Typically honeyed grain flavors of a decent, middle-rung blend with vague charred/smoky hints. Similar enough to Dewar's. Not bad neat but more appropriate with a few ice cubes or a splash of ginger ale, which was delicious. I didn't have high hopes after reading these reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Not going to become my daily dram but still totally drinkable.
Standard blend that for its price really shines. Judge it as a blend and not a £50 bottle of single malt and you won't be disappointed. Try with ice and Soda Water
Digesting whisky. Not the way it used to be.
