Gelston's 26 Year Old
A 26 year old single malt Irish whiskey, bottled for the Gelston's range - which was recently revived by Johnny Neill (a descendant of the brand's owner in the late 1800s, and creator of Whitley Neill gins). This was matured in bourbon casks for an impressive 26 years before being bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh apple and kiwi, a hint of mint chocolate, pancakes drenched in maple syrup.
Palate
Pecan and honeycomb, followed by juicy apricot and nectarine.
Finish
Mature oak develops on the finish, rounding off with a kick of spicy nutmeg.
