From the team at Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky, Dovetail is made by finishing bourbon whiskey in Dunn Vineyards Cabernet casks, Port pipes, and blackstrap molasses rum casks. Produced in batches, blended to taste, and bottled at cask strength.

Great Sweet, Fruity Bourbon & Whiskey Blend

This is a great bourbon and you can really identify the fruitiness from being finished in wine casks as well as the sweetness from the rum casks. So many flavours to savour. So smooth and moreish considerng bottled at cask strength as well.

Not bad

Didn’t realise this wasn’t a bourbon, which was my fault. Not at all bad though. Fruity and sweet.
