Description

Barrell Craft Spirits has put its blending skills to work on this Cigar Blend, bringing together bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana aged between seven and a half and 18 years. Madeira, Armagnac, rum and Hungarian oak casks all feature in the finishing process, making for a busy cask list and plenty to explore in the glass. Bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV, the cigar is optional.

Nose

Cherries in syrup, ripe apricot and berry compote, with vanilla custard and toffee beneath. Orange zest, hazelnut and a little clove add further depth.

Palate

Caramelised sugar and vanilla lead into juicy cherry and red berries. Cinnamon builds steadily, joined by clove, oak and a gentle tobacco note.

Finish

Cinnamon and sweet fruit give way to drying oak, tobacco leaf and a touch of leather.
