Barr an Uisce 1803 16 Year Old
16 year old Irish single malt whiskey from the Barr an Uisce range, which is based in Wicklow. This expression has spent its years maturing in first-fill Kentucky bourbon barrels, helping to develop its vanilla-rich flavour profile. As with the 10 Year Old expression from the same series, you're in for an incredibly creamy whiskey with this one.

Nose
Milky coffee, vanilla pod and a hint of pine.
Palate
Chocolate truffles, apple pie, soft cinnamon and ginger. Waves of caramel and honey.
Finish
Lasting toffee richness, plus a hint of menthol.
