A 10 year old Irish single malt from the Barr an Uisce range, matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels. Wonderfully creamy whiskey from the Wicklow-based company.

Nose
Heavy vanilla and charred oak warmth, with a prickle of cinnamon in the background.
Palate
Still enjoyably spicy, through creamy notes of chocolate, coffee and honey dominate the palate.
Finish
Sultana, plum, gingerbread and malt.
