Bardstown Bourbon Company continues its globe-trotting flavour journey with a second collaboration with Maison Ferrand. Kentucky straight bourbon meets French elegance here, having spent 15 months resting in Cognac casks from Maison Ferrand. No surprise it picked up a Double Gold at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Here's the exact blend breakdown:
73% Kentucky bourbon, aged 11 years, mashbill: corn 74%, rye 18%, malted barley 8%.
10% Kentucky bourbon, aged 11 years, mashbill: corn 78%, rye 13%, malted barley 9%.
20% Kentucky bourbon, aged 12 years, mashbill: corn 75%, rye 13%, malted barley 12%.
13% Bardstown Bourbon Co. rye, aged 6 years, mashbill: rye 95%, malted barley 5%.
