A Kentucky straight rye whiskey from the Bardstown Bourbon Company made with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The whiskey matured for a total of six years, including up to six months finishing in custom barrels made with alternating staves of cherry wood and oak.
Ripe cherry resonates through toasted oak highlighted by white flower, dill, and cinnamon. A rich, round mouthfeel bursts with fruit flavor leading to a one-of-a-kind sublime finish.
