This expression combines a blend of six and seven-year-old Kentucky bourbon that then spent an additional 12 months maturing in barrels that previously held Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout! A decadent, rich expression that would make the perfect follow up to a good imperial barrel aged stout.
Dark chocolate, honey, toasted almond, and vanilla cream create an enveloping, decadent aroma. On the palate, roasted malt, cacao, and allspice lead to lasting balance of exquisite flavour.
