Bardstown Bourbon Bond

Distilled from a mash bill of 20% wheat, 68% corn, and 12% malted barley, this wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company spent six years maturing in a bonded warehouse before being bottled up at 50% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Soft, grilled stone fruits, vanilla cream, caramel and cacao, with a touch of zesty citrus beneath.

Palate Runny toffee, more soft stone fruits, choc chip cookie dough, buttery oak and cereal.

Finish A touch of pepper and gingerbread alongside butterscotch and toasted oak.
