The Bardstown Bourbon Company teamed up with an array of different drinks producers and cooperages for its Collaboration Series, including this blended rye whiskey finished in cherry wood barrels toasted with infrared technology by the innovative folk at the West Virginia Great Barrel Co.

Almond, cinnamon, potpourri, and baked cherry circle traditional rye notes of mint and herbal tea. A luscious mouthfeel leads to a luxurious balance between lightly tannic oak and rich berry compote.
