Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is rich and full-bodied. There is a profusion of fruits; apples and pears, calvados and Poire William liqueur and a good spice. There are hints of peels and marmalde with a good greenness. The palate is well-balanced and full. There are some chewy sherry notes; sultanas and spice with liquorice and oaked heat. The finish is long and well-oaked with peppery spice.
