Balvenie 19 Year Old - Revelation of Cask & Character is a limited-edition single malt that was aged entirely in European oak oloroso sherry casks. It’s the first whisky from Balvenie's Stories Collection that has been matured entirely in sherry casks and was created as a tribute to the coopers who work at the Speyside distillery's on-site cooperage.
It's also the first whisky creation that hasn't been overseen by the legendary David C. Stewart MBE, who stepped aside as malt master to assume an ambassador role. That makes Balvenie 19 Year Old - Revelation of Cask & Character the first solo project for new malt master Kelsey McKechnie.

Spiced blackcurrant chutney, seedless raisins, orange zest, and pungent stone fruit lead, with manuka honey, cured meat, a little lavender, and ginger snaps underneath.
The palate is elegant and vibrant with more dried fruit, marzipan, black tea, and white pepper, as well as orange boiled sweets, stewed black fruits, and winter spice.
