Balvenie 17 Year Old 2001 (cask 9325) - The Balvenie DCS Compendium Chapter Five

Part of Chapter Five of Balvenie's DCS Compendium series comes this truly awesome 17 Year Old single malt. The collection honours David C. Stewart MBE, malt master at the distillery. Distilled in April 2001, it was left to mature in a European oak butt which previously held Fino sherry for the next 17 years. It was eventually bottled in 2019 at natural cask strength, weighing in at 63.5% ABV.
