This whisky is from the Speyside distillery of Balmenach and was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2011 by Gordon & Macphail of Elgin.
Toasted malt and sweet anise aromas with a little vanilla lingering.
Tropical fruits, spice and a marshmallow sweetness form an easy going flavour.
The finish is long with rich notes of chocolate.
Light and fruity with a chocolatey finish, great stuff!
