Description
Released for the Connoisseurs Choice range from Gordon & MacPhail, this single malt comes from the elusive Balmenach distillery. The 2019 vintage Scotch whisky was aged in a single first-fill sherry hogshead (Cask 18603404) for 14 years before it was bottled on 17 November 2023 at a cask strength of 61.9% ABV. Only 274 bottles were filled.

Nose
Coffee aromas give way to mixed nuts and stewed raisins.
Palate
Smooth raspberry compote flavours complement dark chocolate and citrus peel.
Finish
A full finish with lingering forest fruits and toffee.
