Hailing from Speyside's Balmenach distillery, this single malt spent 12 years maturing between 2011 and 2024. The whisky was treated to a finish in a Moulis-en-Médoc Bordeaux wine hogshead, opened by Alistair Walker to release a total of 298 bottles for the independent Infrequent Flyers collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sweetly spiced fruit loaf, a touch of cinnamon, vinous oak, and nutty malt.

Palate Rich malt leads the way, with Malted Milk biscuits leading to roasted nuts, and jammy berries.

Finish Chocolate nuts, barley sugar sweeties, lingering notes of sweet, tannic oak.
