Description

Part of Ballindalloch’s first UK-wide release, this single malt was distilled in 2016 and matured for eight years in a single bourbon cask. The Speyside distillery sits on the estate that has been home to the Macpherson-Grant family since 1546. Cask 2 yielded just 250 bottles, exclusively for the UK, bottled at 60.5% ABV without chill-filtration or added colour.

Nose

Vanilla, orchard fruit and sweet malt, with fresh oak.

Palate

Bright fruit and creamy vanilla, with cereal sweetness and a lively oak spice.

Finish

Warming spice and lingering vanilla, with a gently drying oak note.
