Ballindalloch 2016 Bourbon Single Cask (cask 352) 70cl Whisky

The Ballindalloch distillery in Speyside has roots tracing back to the 1820s. The name was revived and a brand new distillery was built by the estate's current owners in 2015, and here we have a single cask bottling of its single malt! Matured for eight years in a bourbon hogshead, and bottled at cask strength.
