Ballindalloch 2015 Oloroso Sherry Single Cask (cask 112) 70cl Whisky

Speyside's Ballindaloch distillery has a history dating back to the 1820s, and in 2015, it was revived in the form of a brand-new distillery by its current owner. It's a small, hands-on operation, using barley grown on the Ballindalloch estate, and waste fed back to the cattle on its land. This single malt spent nine years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt before bottling at cask strength.
