Description

Peated whisky from Ballechin here, sure to deliver big flavours as always. Distilled at Edradour distillery back in 2005, this Highland single malt Scotch whisky was then aged in eight first-fill Burgundy hogsheads (#327-334) before it was bottled in 2023.

Nose

Chewy chocolate, bonfire embers, blackberry compote, and espresso bean.

Palate

Jammy fruits, orange citrus peels, cinnamon, walnuts, and dates.

Finish

Christmas cake flavours linger for minutes.
