Matured in a trio of salty Spanish sherry wine casks for 19 years before it was bottled at 55% ABV, natural colour and no chill-filtration.
Nose Nutmeg, chocolate-coated raisins, liquorice, toffee apples, peppermint, and strong peat smoke.
Palate Juicy damson, cooked apple, earthy smoke, marmalade, and cocoa powder.
Finish Espresso and hickory smoke.
