Only whisky matured for at least 10 years in an American white oak barrel made the cut for this Ballantine's blend, which is perfect for an Old Fashioned cocktail, or topped up with cola.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Brown sugar, oak char, golden barley, and orchard fruit.
Palate
Caramel and a hint of tropical fruit with desiccated coconut, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Finish
Spice and sweet fudge remain.
