The brilliant Balcones distillery in Texas bottled up a batch of its High Rye Bourbon specially for its tenth birthday! What a way to celebrate. This limited-edition pot-distilled bourbon is made with chocolate and roasted rye alongside its signature blue corn, aged in new charred oak barrels, and bottled at a burly 62% ABV.
