This is the first Texan whisky, as well as being the first whisky to be distilled from blue corn! When we first tried this we thought it was wonderful, though very "different". These days it's become a firm favourite, along with the rest of the craft distillery's fantastic releases.
Soft vanilla and notes of candied peel. Caramelised bananas, toasted oak and a little creamy cereal sweetness.
Rich, thick, palate entry. A touch of dark caramel and baked apple. Baking spices, salted butter.
Spiced, medium finish. Quite sweet.

Wonderfully smooth!
I really enjoyed this. The nose reminded me of rich tea biscuits with butter and a light vanilla. The palate too was sweet but with a nice warming spice. The finish was long and sweet with a slight licorice note coming through. Different and very enjoyable
Absolutely beautiful. Lovely Texan whisky. Definitely my favourite!
I saw another review that said they were let down by the finish of this whiskey. I wholeheartedly disagree. The finish is smooth and begs for another sip! Love Baby Blue.
I don’t know why these people are saying it tastes like tequila. It tastes nothing like tequila. It’s a little sweet. It’s really nice for hot weather. Refreshing.
