Behold, Balblair single malt bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! This is the second bottling of Balblair from the Boutique-y bunch, aged for 9 years and bottled at 49.7% ABV. The folks on the label are doing a good job of casing the Balblair distillery, in case there's any precious Malt Mill whisky hidden there... And they've got plenty of a particularly popular Scottish beverage in case they get thirsty. Smart.
Batch 2 is a release of 1,230 bottles.

Nose
Marzipan, nutty notes, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Palate
Creamy spirit character, lots of youth and vigour, then fiery.
Finish
Clean and fresh, not long.
Overall
Young and punchy.
