Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Earthy oak and a salty coastal breeze, a touch of nutmeg, and a whisper of bonfire smoke.
Palate
Hearty layers of roasted barley and vegetal samphire, lime pickle, and cracked black peppercorns with waves of brine beneath.
Finish
Rock salt and dark chocolate, paired with spiced festive biscuits.
