Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Earthy oak and a salty coastal breeze, a touch of nutmeg, and a whisper of bonfire smoke.

Palate: Hearty layers of roasted barley and vegetal samphire, lime pickle, and cracked black peppercorns with waves of brine beneath.

Finish: Rock salt and dark chocolate, paired with spiced festive biscuits.
