Single cask single malt from the Balblair distillery, matured in just one sherry hogshead cask from 2013 to 2018. This was independently bottled by Malts of Scotland, producing only 264 bottles. You don't seem many indie bottlings of Balblair, so this ought to be properly interesting we reckon.
Green apple and thick sherry, with a hint of young malt following on.
Juicy raisin and dried cherry, layers of milk chocolate, a good kick of cinnamon.
An intense rush of zesty sherried peels.
