Description
A Balblair bottling from Decadent Drinks that leans into luscious Highland fruit, honeyed sweetness and soft coastal brightness. Drawn from a first-fill bourbon barrel, it brims with gorse, vanilla cream soda, lemon curd and honeyed orchard fruit. A waxy Highland soul in sunnier form, the vintage 2008 single malt was filled 172 bottles at 56.5% ABV.

Nose
Honeyed apples, gorse, vanilla cream soda, lemon curd and soft coastal brightness.
Palate
Sweet citrus, vanilla, orchard fruit and honeycomb with creamy texture and gentle herbal lift.
Finish
Long, floral and comforting. Fruit tea, coconut, honey and Highland charm.
