A richly sherried single malt from the Balblair Distillery, independently bottled by Dràm Mòr. This one was matured for ten years, including a finishing period in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, imparting a wealth of dried fruit notes to Balblair's incredible spirit. A small release, this one – just 87 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Dried mango and plump raisin, with a generous drizzle of treacle.
Palate Peppery malt underneath waves of chocolate and maple syrup.
Finish Well-toasted hot cross buns with melted butter.
