Description

Lightly peated Highland whisky meets the complexity and sweetness of first-fill Madeira casks with this Badn a h-Achlaise single malt, sourced and bottled by Badachro distillery. You can expect layers of syrupy stone fruits, juicy raisins, candied nuts, and soft, sweet peat here.

Nose

Figs, raisins, orange peels, and estery fruit join smouldering campfire embers.

Palate

Sweet peat smoke and golden syrup join toasted nuts and spices, with dried fruit nestling beneath.

Finish

Candied fruits and nuts linger alongside hints of grilled peach and pineapple.
