Clydebuilt Aultmore 10 Year Old 2015 (Cask #303634) Bourbon Hogshead (Ardgowan)
A 2015 vintage single malt from Aultmore Distillery, matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled at cask strength. Aultmore’s clean, grassy profile tends to shine in refill wood, and here it’s been given just enough oak to round things out without losing that fresh, slightly waxy distillery character. Matured at Ardgowan, non-chill filtered, natural colour, and drawn from a single cask for a limited outturn.

Nose
Fresh-cut grass, green apple skins, vanilla and a touch of barley sugar.
Palate
Lightly oily with citrus peel, honey, soft herbs and a hint of coconut cream.
Finish
Crisp and drying, with gentle spice, orchard fruit and lingering malt sweetness.
