Bourbon
A 9 year old Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky, bottled as part of the Cooper's Choice range by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. It was distilled in 2006 and left to age in a bourbon cask until 2016, when it was bottled with an outturn of 400 bottles.
Grassy and clean. Picks up notes of sugared biscuits and yellow plums along the way.
Orange peel, fresh butter and hay.
Peppery crackers and a touch of jam tart.
