This 8 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Aultmore distillery was independently bottled by The Single Cask - and it's particularly well-sherried stuff! It was firstly aged in ex-bourbon casks before being moved over to a small first-fill Oloroso sherry cask for 6 months. Just 73 bottles were produced.
Hot chocolate, a touch of forest floor, clove and caramelised nuts.
BBQ pineapple, cinnamon, chewy dates, Cherry Bakewells.
Salted caramel, shortcrust pastry, nutmeg and cacao.
